Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 26, 2026

Welcome to OneTap - Mini Tools ("OneTap", "we", "our", or "the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information and permissions may be handled when you use our mobile application.

OneTap is designed as a lightweight utility toolbox that provides calculators, converters, QR tools, text utilities, time and date tools, random tools, colour utilities, and other everyday mini tools.

Privacy First: OneTap is designed to provide its core utility features with minimal data collection. We do not require you to create an account to use the core functionality of the App.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require users to provide personal information such as their name, email address, phone number, home address, or date of birth merely to use the core features of OneTap.

Depending on the features you use and the permissions enabled on your device, the App may access certain device resources as described below.

2. Camera Permission

OneTap may request access to your device camera for the QR Code Scanner feature.

QR scanning data is processed according to the implementation of the scanning feature. We do not intentionally collect or store scanned QR information as personal data unless specifically required by a feature and clearly communicated to you.

3. Photos and Images

Some utility features, such as the Image Color Picker, may allow you to select an image from your device.

4. Calculator and Utility Data

Information entered into calculators, converters, timers, date tools, number tools, text utilities, random tools, and similar features is generally used only to perform the requested operation.

Examples include calculations, unit conversion values, text entered into text utilities, numbers, dates, times, and other temporary inputs.

5. Local Storage

Some features may store information locally on your device to improve usability, such as preferences, settings, recent values, history, favourites, or other app configuration.

Such locally stored information remains on your device unless you remove the App, clear its application data, or otherwise delete it through your device settings.

6. Clipboard Access

OneTap may use the device clipboard when you explicitly choose an option such as "Copy Result" or another copy-related function.

Clipboard information is used to perform the requested copy operation. The App does not intentionally collect clipboard contents for advertising or profiling purposes.

7. Password and UUID Generators

OneTap may provide password, UUID/GUID, random number, dice, coin flip, and similar generation utilities.

Generated values are created for use within the App. Users should avoid entering confidential information into tools unless the feature specifically requires it.

Important: If you use the Password Generator to create a password, we recommend storing sensitive credentials only in a trusted password manager and not sharing them with anyone.

8. QR Codes and Links

The QR Code Generator may create QR codes from information entered by the user. The QR Code Scanner may decode information contained in a QR code.

If a scanned QR code contains a website or external link, opening that link may take you to a third-party website. Such websites have their own privacy policies and terms, and we are not responsible for their practices.

9. Third-Party Services

The current version of OneTap is designed to minimise dependence on third-party services. However, if third-party services such as advertising, analytics, crash reporting, cloud services, or other SDKs are integrated into a future version, those services may process certain technical or usage information according to their respective privacy policies.

Any third-party service integrated into the App should only receive information necessary for its intended purpose.

10. Internet Access

Many OneTap utilities are designed to work offline. However, availability of specific functionality may depend on the implementation and version of the App.

If a feature requires an internet connection or opens an external website, the applicable third-party service may process information according to its own policies.

11. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to minimise unnecessary collection and handling of user information.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should avoid entering highly sensitive, confidential, or financial information into general-purpose utility tools.

12. Children's Privacy

OneTap is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children for account creation or registration.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.

13. Your Choices

You can control permissions granted to OneTap through your device settings. Depending on your Android version, you may be able to manage permissions for camera, photos/media, and other device resources.

You may also clear the App's locally stored data or uninstall the App at any time.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, its features, applicable requirements, or our privacy practices.

Any updated version will be published through the appropriate location, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be changed accordingly.

15. Contact Us

If you have questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or the privacy practices of OneTap - Mini Tools, please contact us through the contact information provided on the application's Google Play listing or official developer contact channel.

16. Consent

By using OneTap - Mini Tools, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the practices described herein.
